Educational Background:
BE, BTech, MBA, BSc, MSc (Freshers need not apply)
Experience:
1-2 years minimum in a non-voice process or relevant back-office/customer support role
Skills You Bring:
Excellent written communication clear, crisp, and customer-friendly
High attention to detail with a knack for multitasking
Tech-savvy and quick learner of new tools and software
Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
Ability to handle tickets, emails, live chat efficiently and professionally
