Position Overview: As an Infor Finance System Analyst, you will be responsible for providing advanced support and solutions for operational issues within the EMEA region. You will leverage your expertise in Infor LN ERP Finance applications to troubleshoot, customize, and enhance the system, ensuring alignment with strategic operations and governance processes. Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to identify and implement solutions for new business requirements, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the ERP system. What You Will Do: Support for operational issues in the EMEA region. Troubleshoot and analyze root causes, providing technical advice or resolutions to the support team and solutions to business units. Support operational projects by implementing required configurations, customizations, training, and testing. Serve as the internal ERP specialist in Finance for the ERP System Infor LN and Financial Applications area. Participate in discussions to identify solutions for new business requirements. Align with Process Governance for implementing strategic operations and improving daily operations. What You Bring: Prior experience in managing ERP operations and support. 5+ years of experience with Infor LN ERP Finance applications, preferably in the manufacturing industry. Experience in ERP rollout or project management in global projects. Masters degree or higher in finance. Certification/Licenses/Specialized Knowledge: Infor ERP LN functional and technical knowledge. NetSuite + OneSource Functional Consultant | ERP + Indirect Tax | 3-6 Years Full Time- Permanent Role We are looking for a skilled and proactive NetSuite + OneSource Functional Consultant to serve as the key interface between Finance/Tax stakeholders and technical teams. This role will focus on tax configurations, ERP process improvement, and system integrations. Ideal for candidates with experience in NetSuite ERP , OneSource Indirect Tax , and a passion for driving financial systems accuracy and automation Job Responsibilities Act as the primary liaison between finance/tax stakeholders and the technical teams for NetSuite and OneSource. Analyze business processes and identify system enhancements or automation opportunities. Support tax configuration and validation in OneSource, including indirect tax rules, jurisdictions, and rates. Assist in system testing (UAT), troubleshooting, and issue resolution for tax calculations and ERP processes. Collaborate on tax determination logic and support accurate transaction tax posting in NetSuite. Effectively communicate business requirements to the technical organizations, and vice versa. Provides regular communication regarding the status of specific projects and interfaces with all areas affected by the project Provide support to the Finance organization at all times, especially during month end and quarter end. Preferred Skills : Experience with Coupa or other procurement platforms. Hands-on with SuiteTax , SuiteTax API , and indirect tax compliance . Background in system implementations or upgrades . Familiarity with global tax jurisdictions and compliance frameworks. Soft Skills: Strong communication (verbal + written) Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative mindset Qualification Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting or Info Systems discipline. 3+ years of experience with NetSuite ERP (Finance/Procurement/Order-to-Cash). 2+ years of experience working with OneSource (Indirect Tax preferred). Understanding of tax configuration, compliance processes, and ERP integrations. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience with data mapping, system integrations, and process documentation. Experience with SuiteTax or SuiteTax API in NetSuite. Familiarity with Coupa or other procurement tools is a plus. Experience with system implementation or upgrades. Effective communicator that works well in a collaborative team setting Excellent communication skills, including both verbal and written. Excellent problem solving skills, conflict/resolution management, active listening, time management and excellent interpersonal skills.

Role & responsibilities Lead / manage / support finance systems transformation and implementation projects across SAP ERP, OneStream, Blackline, Co-star and others. Act as the primary SME for all finance systems, providing expertise and guidance to global & Hub finance teams. Identify and implement process and system design enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of finance systems with business objectives. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for finance systems processes and configurations. Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of finance systems. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality. Stay updated with the latest developments in SAP ERP, OneStream, and Blackline to recommend and implement best practices. Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance of System / role designs and SOX as per regulatory requirements. Qualifications Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) preferred. Minimum of 7 years of experience in finance systems management, with a focus on SAP ERP, OneStream, and Blackline. Proven track record of leading finance systems transformation and implementation projects. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a global, fast-paced environment. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. Preferred Skills: Experience in a shared service centre environment. Knowledge of international accounting standards and regulations. Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with other financial software.
