Strategic ThinkingAbility to align financial planning processes with long-term business goals.Competence in evaluating capital expenditure, ROI, and strategic investments.
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
Familiarity with reporting & analytics tools (e.g., Cognos Analytics, Anaplan, Power Bi, Hyperion, Tableau). Advanced Excel: Strong skills in Excel (pivot tables, macros, VLOOKUPs) for data analysis and reporting.
Advanced knowledge of financial planning tools

Post-graduate, MBA (Finance) preferred
CA/CFA/CPA preferred Certification/Experience in developing Financial Models, reports & metrics
Proven experience in FP&A, management reporting & Strategic Planning
