We are seeking a dynamic finance leader to lead yield management, pricing optimization and competitive benchmarking initiatives for Amazon Advertising in India. This role will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to maximize advertising revenue through system audits, data-driven pricing, inventory optimization and competitive intelligence. Yield Management: Lead efforts to identify and unlock revenue opportunities through analysis of demand utilization, pricing and inventory optimization across ad products Drive regular business reviews to monitor key yield metrics and develop action plans to address gaps Partner with product teams to implement yield enhancement initiatives Build and maintain yield management dashboards and reporting infrastructure Pricing Strategy: Develop and execute pricing strategies across advertising products to optimize revenue while maintaining advertiser ROI Lead pricing experiments and testing to validate hypotheses Analyze price elasticity and recommend optimal price points Monitor pricing effectiveness through regular performance reviews Benchmarking & Analytics: Lead internal and external benchmarking efforts to identify opportunities and gaps versus competition Build competitive intelligence framework to track industry trends and best practices Partner with global teams to leverage learnings and best practices Develop analytical frameworks to measure business impact of initiatives Business Planning: Support annual/quarterly business planning process with pricing and yield inputs Develop business cases for new initiatives Track and report on key performance metrics Identify risks and opportunities to plan About the team The Advertising team at Amazon India drives strategic initiatives to maximize advertising effectiveness while maintaining a customer-first mindset. With strong support from Amazons leadership, we offer an entrepreneurial environment with opportunities to experiment, innovate and make significant impact 8+ years of relevant experience in digital Advertising, analytics, strategy or related fields Strong analytical and quantitative skills with experience in data-driven decision making Experience in yield management, pricing or revenue optimization Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or related field MBA or advanced degree preferred Excellent business judgment and strategic thinking capabilities Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Experience with SQL and data visualization tools Experience in programmatic advertising or ad tech Understanding of auction dynamics and pricing mechanisms Knowledge of advertising industry trends and competitive landscape
