Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Budgeting & Cost Control
: Prepare plant budgets, monitor variances, and drive cost optimization.
Accounting & Compliance
: Ensure timely closure of books, statutory compliance (GST, TDS), and audit coordination.
Inventory & Asset Management
: Oversee stock valuation, physical verification, and control on scrap/wastage.
Vendor & Commercial Support
: Manage vendor payments, review contracts, and support procurement with financial inputs.
Reporting
: Generate monthly MIS, cost analysis, and financial dashboards for plant and HO.
Team Management
: Lead plant finance team and coordinate with central finance and operations.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification

CA with 3+ years of experience
Inter-CA with 5+ years of experience
MBA/M.Com with 10+ years of experience in a manufacturing setup
