Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Prepare monthly financial reports, including balance sheet, profit & loss statement, cash flow statement, and general ledger reconciliations.
Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records.
Record journal entries accurately and timely for various transactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's or master's degree in commerce, Accounting, or Finance
25 years of experience in RTR or general accounting processes
Strong understanding of accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP)
Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and MS Excel
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a shared services or multinational environment
Knowledge of automation tools (e.g., Power BI, Alteryx) is a plus
