Finance & Accounts Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven accounts executive to manage day-to-day accounting tasks, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and support the finance team in budgeting, audits, and reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, proficiency in financial software, and excellent analytical skills. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and daily transaction entries Handle accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and bank reconciliations Prepare and process journal entries and assist in month-end and year-end closings Ensure timely and accurate tax filings (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.) Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors/clients regarding billing and payment Assist in preparing financial statements, MIS reports, and budget forecasts Support audits and ensure adherence to internal controls and compliance policies Use accounting software (e.g., Tally) for data entry and reporting Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field 1–3 years of experience in a similar role Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally.) Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Good communication and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications: B.Com. or M.Com.
