Your role and responsibilities: We are looking for a Technical Leader Low voltage Electrical Distribution Products. Each day, you will ensure that the Company has a full understanding of market requirements in a specific area and can transform those requirements into offer specifications and development activities. You will also showcase your expertise by performing various offer lifecycle activities supporting the development, launch, maintenance, pricing, and profitability. The working model for the role is: Onsite This role contributes to Our Electrification Business in India. You will be mainly accountable for: Performing in-depth market analysis (trends, competition, standardization) and identifying customer requirements, and value propositions, and unlocking new opportunities. Translating customer needs into technical requirements and taking the lead within the product development or cost streamlining process. Ensuring that technical solutions can be used across the Product Groups offer portfolio to the maximum possible extent. As a Technical Manager, you will be responsible for leading specifier accounts in your allocated area, specifying our products, and working closely with Government accounts, architects, and consultants, Evaluating and applying for switchgear products with all technical and legal documents/licenses in place like various Govt/ Private authorities for both National and international regions. (BIS / CCC / CE / UL Etc.) Lead technical discussions and clarifications with clients for Product approval. Act as the key and trusty contact person for all technical topics related to the products. Lead the technical team to correct any technical deviations or quality issues occurring during manufacturing. Take part in Technical Leaders' Community of Practice within her/his Execution Center, or globally within the Technical Excellence Community network. Identify, get, formalize, share, and promote lessons learned and best practices. Technical teams located spread among one or several sites/countries, requiring international collaboration with other functional teams/stakeholders. Understanding and following global or assigned area standards, market and customer requirements, and their impact on the current offer portfolio Identifies whether specific expertise support is needed and coordinates the expertise actions if any Perform, and review some design and specification activities, by leveraging the company portfolio of products & systems in an optimized manner, to maximize profitability and limit technical risks; May perform some implementation/test activities (testing, FAT, etc). Amplifying Specifier Management and promotion. Deliver application training, presentations, and seminars to end users and specifiers to educate them about our products and their applications. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded.
