Technical Lead - Manager

Your role and responsibilities:

• Performing in-depth market analysis (trends, competition, standardization) and identifying customer requirements, and value propositions, and unlocking new opportunities.
• Translating customer needs into technical requirements and taking the lead within the product development or cost streamlining process.
• Ensuring that technical solutions can be used across the Product Groups offer portfolio to the maximum possible extent.
• As a Technical Manager, you will be responsible for leading specifier accounts in your allocated area, specifying our products, and working closely with Government accounts, architects, and consultants,
• Evaluating and applying for switchgear products with all technical and legal documents/licenses in place like various Govt/ Private authorities for both National and international regions. (BIS / CCC / CE / UL Etc.)
• Lead technical discussions and clarifications with clients for Product approval.
• Act as the key and trusty contact person for all technical topics related to the products.
• Lead the technical team to correct any technical deviations or quality issues occurring during manufacturing.
• Take part in Technical Leaders' Community of Practice within her/his Execution Center, or globally within the Technical Excellence Community network.
• Identify, get, formalize, share, and promote lessons learned and best practices.
• Technical teams located spread among one or several sites/countries, requiring international collaboration with other functional teams/stakeholders.
• Understanding and following global or assigned area standards, market and customer requirements, and their impact on the current offer portfolio
• Identifies whether specific expertise support is needed and coordinates the expertise actions if any
• Perform, and review some design and specification activities, by leveraging the company portfolio of products & systems in an optimized manner, to maximize profitability and limit technical risks; May perform some implementation/test activities (testing, FAT, etc).
• Amplifying Specifier Management and promotion.
• Deliver application training, presentations, and seminars to end users and specifiers to educate them about our products and their applications.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded.
