Key responsibilities: - Contributing to application packaging, virtualization, and deployment across the bank - Understanding application packaging methodologies like MSI, app-v, SCCM, and MSIX - Participating in scripting, automation, service improvement, and reporting - Simplifying platform infrastructure, architecture, and customer solutions - Building relationships with stakeholders across domains - Ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory obligations, particularly SOX Skills required: - Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly - Background in Agile or DevOps environment with continuous delivery and integration - 6+ years of experience in application packaging with MSI, AppV, and MSIX - Technical knowledge of windows installer, Install shield 2020, Windows 7/10/11 - Expertise in application virtualization, SCCM 2012, App-v publishing console, and SCCM endpoint manager - Proficiency in MSIX packaging, injecting PSF into packages, and JSON scripting - Experience with application troubleshooting tools and deep knowledge of operating systems & virtual environments - Strong collaboration and stakeholder management abilities,
