Infrastructure Analyst, Application Packaging

As an Infrastructure Analyst, you will provide input and support to maintain platform integrity aligned with technical roadmaps. Your responsibilities include supporting change demands, delivering production management services for infrastructure platforms, and contributing to customer outcomes and early learning. Key responsibilities: - Contributing to application packaging, virtualization, and deployment across the bank - Understanding application packaging methodologies like MSI, app-v, SCCM, and MSIX - Participating in scripting, automation, service improvement, and reporting - Simplifying platform infrastructure, architecture, and customer solutions - Building relationships with stakeholders across domains - Ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory obligations, particularly SOX Skills required: - Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly - Background in Agile or DevOps environment with continuous delivery and integration - 6+ years of experience in application packaging with MSI, AppV, and MSIX - Technical knowledge of windows installer, Install shield 2020, Windows 7/10/11 - Expertise in application virtualization, SCCM 2012, App-v publishing console, and SCCM endpoint manager - Proficiency in MSIX packaging, injecting PSF into packages, and JSON scripting - Experience with application troubleshooting tools and deep knowledge of operating systems & virtual environments - Strong collaboration and stakeholder management abilities,
