Figma Designer

As a Figma Designer at our company based in Gurugram, Udyog Vihar Phase 4, you will be responsible for transforming ideas into user-friendly designs using the Figma platform. Your role will involve close collaboration with various teams to develop visually appealing and intuitive digital experiences that cater to our users" needs. Your key responsibilities will include utilizing Figma to create and prototype user interfaces for both web and mobile applications. Working alongside product managers, developers, and stakeholders, you will translate project requirements into effective design solutions. By crafting wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes, you will effectively communicate design concepts and user interactions. Additionally, you will iterate on designs based on feedback, user testing, and industry best practices. It will be essential for you to maintain and update design and component libraries in Figma to ensure consistency and efficiency across projects. Staying informed about industry trends, design tools, and best practices will enable you to enhance design processes and outcomes continuously. Collaboration with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and contribution to design reviews will be integral parts of your role. The desired skills for this position include a high level of proficiency in Figma, demonstrated through a strong portfolio. A solid grasp of user-centered design principles, effective collaboration skills, and excellent communication abilities are also essential. Attention to detail, a drive for creating outstanding user experiences, and familiarity with Reactjs, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript are advantageous. Experience with design tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, or Adobe Creative Suite is considered beneficial. To be eligible for this role, candidates are required to hold a B. Tech, BCA, or MCA degree with a total of 3 years of experience, including 3-5 years of relevant experience. The annual CTC for this position can go up to 8 LPA, and a background in Healthcare IT is preferred.,
