Figma Designer

You will be joining a leading software development company, IQ Setters, as a Figma Designer. Your role will involve creating visually appealing and intuitive UI/UX designs using Figma. You will collaborate with developers, product managers, and team members to understand project requirements and deliver design solutions. Developing wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to clearly illustrate design ideas will be a key part of your responsibilities. It is essential to maintain design consistency across projects with reusable design components and incorporate feedback effectively from design reviews. As a Figma Designer, you are expected to stay updated with the latest UI/UX design trends, tools, and techniques. Your work will involve creating responsive designs optimized for both web and mobile applications. Additionally, you will focus on user flows, information architecture, and usability testing to enhance the overall user experience. To be successful in this role, you should have 2-3 years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong emphasis on Figma. A robust portfolio that showcases your design skills and completed projects is required. Proficiency in Figma, including design systems and prototyping tools, is essential. An understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices is also necessary, and basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS) would be a plus. Good communication skills, teamwork abilities, and the capacity to handle multiple projects efficiently within deadlines are key attributes for this position. This is a full-time job with a day shift and morning shift schedule. A bachelor's degree is preferred for this role, and prior experience of 2 years in Figma is also preferred.
