Field Service Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for field service engineering projects, ensuring timely completion of tasks and meeting customer expectations.

• Major OEM Like AMADA,LVD,JFY, BODOR, TRUMPF and all chinese make Fiber laser cutting machine, Welding machine, Cleaning and cladding machine service and maintenance

• Carry out breakdown maintenance, preventive, predictive, proactive maintenance, AMC, Root cause analysis, MTTR, MTBF calculation

• Carry out 5S, JH, TPM concepts in organisation
  
• Conduct site visits to diagnose issues with laser cutting machines, CNC machines, and other equipment.
  
• Perform routine maintenance checks on mechanical systems, electrical circuits of industrial laser machines at client sites.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex problems related to machine installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
  
• Maintain accurate records of work performed during site visits using company software or tools.

• Troubleshoot complex problems using knowledge of electrical engineering principles, mechatronics, PLC programming, and mechanical engineering concepts.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-4 years of experience in field service engineering or a related field (Laser machine installation & maintenance).
  
• proficiency in working with various types of industrial equipment such as lasers source like RAYCUS, IPG, MAX PHOTONICS, JPT etc, PLCs, servo motors, sensors etc.,

• Ability to work independently on site at customer locations across india & UAE.
