Job Description

Looking for Field Sales Officer

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and visit potential customers in assigned territory.
Promote and sell company products or services to achieve sales targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Conduct product presentations and demos to clients.
Track competitor activities and market trends.
Collect payments and ensure timely order fulfillment.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly visit reports.

Key Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Convincing and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of sales techniques.
Time management and self-discipline.
Territory mapping and customer segmentation.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications:

Minimum: HSC/12th pass or Bachelor's degree (B.Com, BBA, etc.)
Preferred: Prior experience in field sales ( insurance, telecom, ecommerce, etc.)
Language: Local language + English or Hindi

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
