Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales targets, and building strong relationships with customers in the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, cold calling, and networking. Demonstrate and present products or services to clients. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain and grow existing customer relationships. Collect customer feedback and market intelligence. Submit daily/weekly reports on sales activities and outcomes. Collaborate with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction and service delivery. Requirements: Proven experience in field sales or a similar role. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
