Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Field Sales Executive to drive sales growth and provide support to customers across India. Based in Pune, the candidate will be responsible for expanding client relationships, achieving sales targets, and offering after-sales service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and develop new business opportunities across India.
2. Visit client sites to demonstrate products/services, deliver presentations, and provide technical or commercial information. 3. Maintain and grow existing customer relationships by providing timely support and assistance. 4. Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, service, finance) to ensure seamless customer experience. 5. Provide customer service support including query resolution, feedback collection, and complaint handling. 6. Track sales performance and prepare regular reports on territory activity, competitor movement, and market trends. 7. Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, or industry meets when required. 8. Follow up on leads, quotations, and negotiations to close deals effectively. 9. Ensure post-sales follow-up and customer satisfaction through site visits or calls.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
2. 2 4 years of field sales experience, preferably in industrial products, manufacturing, or B2B services. 3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 4. Willingness to travel extensively across India. 5. Strong customer service orientation with ability to handle field issues independently. 6. Basic understanding of CRM and MS Office tools. 7. Fluent in English and Hindi; knowledge of regional languages is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
1. Experience handling customer escalations or after-sales support.
2. Ability to understand technical products and explain them to customers. 3. Strong analytical and time management skills.
