We are seeking a motivated Field Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in sourcing and attracting top talent in the field, ensuring that our recruitment goals are met effectively and efficiently. Responsibilities Conduct field recruitment activities to source and attract candidates in designated regions. Build and maintain relationships with local talent pools and community organizations.
