Field Recruiter – MP & CG Region

Location: Based in Bhopal (Travel across Madhya Pradesh & Chhattisgarh)

Type: Full-time

Qualification: MBA in HR preferred

Experience: Minimum 7 years in hiring

Role Overview:

We are looking for someone who can handle large-scale hiring for roles like delivery, sales, and operations across MP & CG. This job requires frequent travel and strong coordination with local sources like colleges, job fairs, vendors, and communities.

Key Responsibilities:

Travel to different cities and towns to hire candidates

Organize/attend job fairs, college drives, and local hiring events

Interview and shortlist candidates

Help with onboarding and joining processes

Keep hiring data updated and work closely with regional managers

Skills Required:

Good communication and people skills

Comfortable working in the field and managing pressure

Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets

Willing to travel a lot (70–80% field time)
