We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer PE to lead mechanical engineering functions related to fixture design, PLC debugging, project execution, and vendor management. The ideal candidate should have strong interdisciplinary knowledge in both mechanical and electrical domains, with proven leadership and communication skills to handle internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Analyze and validate Mechanical Engineering (ME) fixtures for design accuracy, reliability, and manufacturability. Perform PLC debugging and basic programming for automation support. Possess solid understanding of both electrical and mechanical systems for equipment troubleshooting and enhancement. Prepare technical reports and presentations (PPT) to communicate project updates and findings effectively. Lead and manage engineering projects from planning to implementation, ensuring timely delivery and quality compliance. Communicate effectively in English to interface with customers and internal teams across regions. Handle asset management including planning, tracking, and optimization of equipment resources. Exhibit strong decision-making and problem-solving skills under pressure with presence of mind. Manage vendor relationships and drive vendor coordination and performance monitoring . We are hiring for the role of Automation Engineer with 7- 15 Years of Experience Key Responsibilities: Monitor and track daily equipment downtime to ensure alignment with POR (Plan of Record) targets. Ensure adherence to machine performance metrics and operational matrix. Prepare and present Failure Analysis (FA) reports and participate in F1-level technical review meetings. Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and collaborate closely with the AE (Automation Engineering) team for sustaining operations. Track and drive improvements on machine yield and meet equipment tossing and POR yield targets. Work cross-functionally with production, quality, and engineering teams to resolve recurring issues and improve equipment reliability. Required Skills & Knowledge: Proficient in PLC programming and troubleshooting . Understanding of CCD systems and exposure parameter configurations. Strong analytical skills for FA reporting and technical reviews . In-depth knowledge of machine performance metrics and continuous improvement practices. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of production engineering concepts and be capable of supporting high-precision manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities: Perform mechanical fixture assembly and repair , ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency. Execute design-for-manufacturing (DFM) functions for fixtures, gauges, and equipment. Work on 2D and 3D AutoCAD drawings , comparing design specifications with physical fixture dimensions. Troubleshoot and recover machines during downtime, focusing on pneumatic systems and various sensors (Photoelectric, Proximity, Fiber Optical, Laser). Conduct First Article Inspection (FAI) and support mechanical fixture audit activities. Use OMM (Optical Measuring Machine), VHX (Digital Microscope), and other precision measuring tools for inspection and quality validation. Required Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD (2D & 3D) and mechanical design. Strong understanding of fixture design and mechanical systems. Knowledge of PLC and CCD systems is a plus. Experience in machine troubleshooting , including pneumatic controllers and industrial sensors. Familiarity with FAI processes and mechanical audits. Hands-on experience with OMM, VHX, Vernier, Micrometer , and other metrology instruments. Preferred Candidate Profile: Background in high-precision manufacturing, automation, or engineering tools development. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to interpret technical drawings and perform root cause analysis.

Configure and optimize CCD systems with basic knowledge of light exposure parameters. Interpret and execute basic electrical wiring diagrams for system integration and troubleshooting. Required Skills: Hands-on experience with PLC and CCD systems. Strong knowledge in equipment repair and sensor technology. Good understanding of electrical and pneumatic system diagnostics. Familiarity with preventive maintenance planning and execution. Knowledge of calibration tools, measurement techniques, and system documentation. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, technical environment. Preferred: Experience in semiconductor/automation equipment servicing is an added advantage. Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
