Female Telecaller (Fluent Hindi & English Conversation)

Work Hours: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Salary: ₹10,000 per month (Fixed) + Incentives based on Lead Generation
Experience Required: 1 to 3 years
Education: Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate

Vapsoft Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Female Telecallers for its office in Naini, Prayagraj. The ideal candidate should be fluent in spoken Hindi, able to communicate in basic English, and have basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, Internet browsing). The role involves making outbound calls, explaining services, generating leads, maintaining call records, and coordinating with the internal team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients
• Explain company services in a polite and clear manner
• Generate leads and maintain regular follow-ups
• Keep records of calls and lead status
• Coordinate with internal departments for updates and conversion

Requirements:

• Only female candidates
• Fluent in Hindi speaking and able to hold conversations in English
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, Internet browsing)
• 1 to 3 years of experience in telecalling/customer service preferred
• Good communication and convincing ability
• Positive and polite attitude
