We are looking for a Commercial Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a basic knowledge of preparing quotations and tender documentation. Experience in handling government tenders, pricing, and technical/commercial proposals, basic understanding of logistics operations and documentations will be a strong advantage. Key Responsibilities of Female Commercial executive Prepare and submit quotations in response to customer inquiries and tenders Ensure the quotation specification is match with customer requirement. Analyze tender documents and coordinate with internal teams for inputs Ensure timely and accurate pricing and proposal submissions Maintain records of quotations, follow-ups and updating the status. Assist in the preparation of technical and commercial bid documents. Coordinate with internal teams as needed. Creating Purchase order and supply order. Creating invoice. Handle shipping, transportation, and related documentation. Identify and Negotiation with vendors. Track and monitor shipments, ensuring timely deliveries. Coordinate and manage end-to-end logistics operations. Payment follows up. Qualification & Requirements: Any graduate in Science, Engineering, or Commerce background 2-4 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations. Experience in handling government tenders or quotation processes is an added advantage Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.) Good organizational, written and verbal communication skills Immediate Joiner Preferred
