As a Food & Beverage Service Expert , you're crucial to this mission. You'll go beyond simply serving food and drinks; you'll proactively deliver exceptional service, ensuring every interaction feels like a valued part of their unique experience, from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: Crafting Memorable Experiences: Proactively deliver a wide range of services for both daily dining and event functions to ensure an outstanding guest experience. Engage with guests, serving food and beverages in a professional and friendly manner. Transform every transaction into a seamless and enjoyable part of the overall experience. Operational Excellence: Efficiently set up tables and event materials, ensuring everything is in place for service. Maintain clear and timely communication with the kitchen to ensure smooth and efficient service flow. Keep all work areas and supplies clean and well-organized. Safety & Professionalism: Adhere to all company and safety/security policies and procedures. Promptly report any maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, or unsafe working conditions to your manager. Complete all required safety training and certifications. Ensure your uniform and personal appearance are always clean and professional. Maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets. Guest & Team Interaction: Welcome and acknowledge all guests warmly, according to company standards. Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and colleagues. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with your team, supporting common goals. Ensure all service adheres to the highest quality expectations and standards. Physical Demands: Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods. Capable of reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors. Preferred Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience. Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience required. License or Certification: None required.
