Key Responsibilities:
*Design and develop lehengas, blouses, gowns, and other ethnic wear based on client requirements
*Work closely with tailors and embroidery teams for design execution*Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and fabrics*Assist in client fittings and provide design consultations*Ensure high-quality finishing and customer satisfaction*Maintain records of designs, patterns, and fabric usage
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in ethnic fashion designing minimum 2-3 years
Strong knowledge of fabric types, color theory, and garment construction
Creativity with a keen eye for detail
Good communication and customer interaction skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
