Job Timing: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Monday to Saturday, subject to institutional schedule)

About the Role:

IIDE is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Faculty In-Charge for Program Management at our Andheri Campus in Mumbai. The candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality education in Arts & Commerce, coordinating program activities, and leveraging technology to enhance academic and administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective lectures in Arts & Commerce subjects during designated hours.
• Oversee program management, including curriculum planning and execution.
• Coordinate with faculty, students, and administrative staff to ensure smooth program operations.
• Utilize CRM and automation tools to streamline processes and enhance stakeholder engagement.
• Maintain high standards of teaching and mentorship to support student success.
• Contribute to academic initiatives, workshops, and events at the Andheri Campus.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Postgraduate degree in Arts, Commerce, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-10 years of teaching experience in Arts & Commerce.
• Communication: Excellent English proficiency (10/10) with flawless verbal and written skills, no regional accent.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and automation tools.
• Soft Skills: Strong coordination, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Age: 34 years or younger.
