To excel in this role, you should hold a B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a related field, with an MBA or equivalent qualification being preferred. Your extensive experience in tendering, contracts, or procurement within the high-end real estate or construction sector, along with a deep understanding of construction methodologies, cost estimation, and vendor ecosystems will be invaluable.
