Export Marketing Manager

• Designing and implementing all export strategies.
• Negotiate and execute contracts with foreign buyers.
• Managing relationships with international clients, vendors, and business partners.
• Participating in various International exhibitions and trade shows.
• Conduct Market Research, Travelling and Meeting with Customers.
• Have in-depth knowledge of exports procedures, custom clearance, Sea Port operations, documentation, CFS operations, transportation.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to export control, sanctions, etc.
• Managing the inventory of goods held in storage facilities, including monitoring stock levels and ordering replacements when necessary.
• Monitoring all the sales transactions and reviewing all the customer responses for all orders and payments.
• Prepare reports for senior management on the status of export activities.
• Supervise a team of export coordinators and other staff.
• Collaborate with other departments within the company, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure a coordinated approach to export activities.

Desired Qualification

• Demonstrable experience of over 10-15 years in Export Marketing activities preferably in FMCG industry and Food Processing Industries.
• Relevant or equivalent Managerial experience of 5 years.
• Exceptional negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required
• Ability to meet up with targets.
• Strong business orientation and commitment to goals.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must possess time management skills, with the ability to make timely decisions.
• Possess leadership skills and the ability to work with a team.
