Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and articulate individual to serve as the primary point of contact for our upcoming expo. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills in English and be capable of coordinating effectively with internal teams, management, and external stakeholders. This role requires a confident communicator, a well-organized team player, and someone comfortable in high-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main liaison between management, team members, and expo organizers.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in English through emails, phone calls, and in-person interactions.
  • Coordinate schedules, logistics, and requirements with internal departments to ensure smooth participation in the expo.
  • Assist in planning and executing expo activities, booth setup, and materials.
  • Represent the company during the expo with professionalism and a strong grasp of company offerings.
  • Prepare and circulate updates, reports, and meeting notes related to expo planning and execution.
  • Handle follow-ups post-expo for lead generation, data collection, and feedback analysis.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with senior management and cross-functional teams.
  • Prior experience in event coordination, expos, or client-facing roles is a plus.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Flexible with travel and work hours during event days.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
