Experience Welder - Walk in interview

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Welder with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in metal fabrication and welding. The candidate will work under the contract of Jay Enterprise and be deployed at Ishitva Robotic Systems Pvt. Ltd., 85 - Akshar Industrial Park, Moraiya, Opposite Zydus Cadila, Ahmedabad, a leader in advanced AI-based robotic waste sorting machines. The Welder will be responsible for executing welding tasks according to fabrication drawings, ensuring structural integrity and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform MIG/TIG/Arc welding on mild steel and stainless-steel components.

Read and interpret engineering/fabrication drawings and welding symbols accurately.

Prepare materials, align, and clamp parts prior to welding.

Ensure all welds meet internal quality standards and pass visual and NDT inspections where required

Maintain tools and welding equipment in good working condition.

Follow safe working practices, wear appropriate PPE, and ensure compliance with EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) standards of the site.

Support fabrication team in fitting, grinding, and finishing tasks when required.

Complete assigned work within deadlines and production schedules.

Participate in regular toolbox talks and safety inductions as per company protocol.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

ITI - Welder with minimum experience of 3 to 5 years of industrial welding experience, preferably in a machinery or fabrication environment.

Technical Skills: Proficient in MIG, TIG, and ARC welding.

Education: ITI Welder / Diploma in Fabrication / Equivalent technical qualification.

Drawings: Ability to understand and work from technical/fabrication drawings.

Tools Knowledge: Familiarity with cutting, grinding, and measuring tools.

Safety: Understanding of EHS guidelines and workplace safety protocols.

Work Conditions:

Shift Timings: Day shift 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM (with flexibility as per production requirements)

Workplace: Factory floor

PPE Provided: Safety shoes, gloves, welding helmet, apron, and safety goggles
