Job Description As a Product Owner you will build on the product vision, gathering and prioritizing requirements, and working with development teams to deliver high-quality products that meet market needs. You will be reporting to a Senior Manager. Responsibilities: Prioritize product roadmap with a balance of immediate needs and long-term investments based on priorities and strategic vision. Collaborate with Product Managers to communicate and build the product vision, strategy and roadmap Awareness of the market space and current drivers in areas like I-9, Pay Statements, Compliance Library and Unemployment Claims. Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure Boards, Trello, or similar. Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes. You need to be adaptable and comfortable handling uncertainty in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment.
