  • Payment Terms Deviation - PI, PDC, Delivery - payment OS
  • On Hold Cheques
  • Collection follow-up against Forecast (RM)
  • Follow-up to Improve Invoice Aging
  • MCA 21 Credit Calculator
  • Credit Note/Debit Note (Service)
  • LC Documentation
  • TDS entries booking in sap
  • Online ledger confirmation VAT
  • Customer GST issue resolve with GST team
  • SO approvals / DN approvals
  • Invoice copies send to customer for Bill booking
  • Customer Refund payment
  • Export Document Follow-up
