Job Description

We are looking for Executive/ Sr. Executive - Gypsum (Project Sales)

Role & responsibilities

Project Sales: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive project sales in the Surat Region.
Client Acquisition: Identify and approach potential clients in the construction and building materials sector, including contractors, builders, and developers.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by the management.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape, identify opportunities, and propose action plans.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our product range and effectively communicate product benefits to customers.
Negotiation: Lead negotiations with clients to secure profitable deals.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports to the management team, highlighting progress, challenges, and recommendations.
Customer Support: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced to lead our project sales in Surat
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and building strong client relationships within the region.
This role requires a proactive sales professional with a
strong background in project sales, Gypsum Plaster
and excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the construction materials market.
