Executive / Senior Executive - Mechanical Maintenance

Location - Mahindra World city, Ajmer road, Jaipur

Qualification - B.tech - Mechanical (Full Time)

The key responsibilities of the role include:

• To provide strong leadership and technical help to maintain existing procedures & drive continuous improvement.
• Responsible for handling all mechanical breakdowns, preventive, predictive, corrective & other maintenance activities of plant & utilities equipments.
• Exposure in Hydraulic and pneumatic system and it troubling shooting.
• Strong Experience for repair & maintenance of plastic Injection moulding machine, Extruder and vacuum forming machine.
• Assisting and guiding the maintenance team in carrying out the maintenance & repair work.
• Lead improvement projects for reduction of down time and cost saving.
• Proficient in 55, KAIZENS, SGA, CFT, POKA YOKE, Lean Manufacturing etc.
• To identify problems route cause analysis through 5 why analysis & fish bone diagram.
• Responsible for handling all machines like plastic injection moulding, power press, extruder, vacuum forming, shell cutting & drilling & Plastic Grinding Machines etc.
• Responsible for maintenance of air-compressor, cranes, cooling tower, ETP/STP plant etc.
• Spare parts management and procurement of material & maintain minimum stock of spares.
• Monitoring and controlling of yearly phased budget for Repair & Maintenance and utilities.
• Manage the entire maintenance department schedules & ensure proper documentation.
• Accurate & timely reporting to the management.
• Ensuring that the health & safety guidelines are followed properly.
• Ensure the standard data capturing method.
• Supervising & motivating the team members.
• Proper housekeeping of general premises by the team.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-6 years of experience in mechanical maintenance or a related field.
• Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Strong knowledge of CNC & Robotics machines, extrusion process control systems, injection molding machine operations, and utility management.
• Hands on experience in shift and manpower handling.
