Required skill set: Experience of 3-6 years in HR function Preferably from Manufacturing/ Automobile industry based out of factory Must have experience in blue collar hirings and vendor management Talent management and develop talent pool for upcoming requirements Work closely with vendors and ready with ITI/ diploma batches for production roles Must have worked on Employee engagement and R&R activities Good hands on key HR metrics like shop floor absenteeism and attrition Should have knowledge of workforce AOP, availabilty and related calculations Should be able to lead the HR projects independently Sound knowledge of preaparing reports and presentation on Excel, powerpoint, word
