Executive Sales (B2B)

As a Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be to design and implement effective sales strategies to consistently meet or surpass assigned targets and objectives. You will lead and guide a team of sales representatives to achieve peak performance and productivity by organizing regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and selling techniques. Your role will also involve identifying lucrative new markets and opportunities for business expansion, developing strategic plans to penetrate and thrive in untapped areas within the assigned territory. Building lasting relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners will be essential to ensure strong brand loyalty and sustained growth. Addressing client concerns promptly and professionally is crucial to guarantee satisfaction and retention. You will conduct routine analysis of industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences to adapt sales approaches and align with dynamic market conditions. Collaboration with the marketing team is vital to craft compelling promotional campaigns, pricing tactics, and product positioning strategies for enhancing market penetration. In addition, you will track sales data meticulously, prepare detailed forecasts and reports on performance, market trends, and competitor analysis. It is important to ensure timely and actionable insights are shared for continuous improvement. Representing the company at sales meetings, trade shows, and industry events to showcase products/services and secure new leads is also part of your responsibilities. Upholding company policies, procedures, and ethical standards to ensure professional conduct at all times is imperative in this role.
