Identify and generate high-quality leads through different means.
Coordinate with the Digital marketing team to execute digital campaigns, email marketing, and social media promotions.
Develop and implement WhatsApp and SMS marketing strategies to nurture leads.
Assist in creating marketing content, including property videos, virtual tours, and promotional materials.
Participate in webinars, online expos, and digital property showcases to engage potential buyers.
Arrange and coordinate physical and virtual site visits for potential buyers.
Provide a guided walkthrough of properties, highlighting key features, USPs and amenities.
Assist clients in comparing different properties and answering their queries during site visits.
Work closely with the on-site sales team to ensure smooth coordination and client satisfaction.
Maintain detailed reports on leads, follow-ups, site visits, and conversions.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on lead generation, response rates, and sales performance.
Reach out to potential buyers via calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages, ensuring timely and personalized engagement.
Conduct in-depth discussions with clients to understand their requirements and suggest suitable properties.
Follow up with leads consistently to move them through the sales funnel.
Handle client objections and provide necessary clarifications on pricing, project details, and financing options.
Maintain a professional relationship with potential customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Achieve the Targets set by the management from time to time.
Maintain relationships with the sale closed customers for collection of payments as per schedule.
Any Graduation
0-2 Years of experience in Digital Direct Sales/Marketing in Real estate industry
