Key Responsibilities: Campus Recruitment & College Relations : Develop and execute a strategic campus hiring plan to attract top engineering talent. Build and maintain strong relationships with colleges. Organize and participate in campus career fairs, hackathons, networking events, and guest lectures. Manage internship programs, summer training, and pre-placement initiatives. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and align campus hiring with business goals. Employer Branding & Campus Engagement : Strengthen the companys employer brand through targeted branding initiatives with colleges. Plan and execute branding campaigns and student competitions. Partner with branding team to create engaging recruitment materials, social media content, and promotional activities. Track and analyze the effectiveness of branding efforts to continuously improve outreach strategies. Onboarding & Integration : Design and implement a seamless onboarding experience for both campus hires and lateral hires. Conduct orientation sessions to introduce new employees to company culture, values, and expectations. Gather feedback from new employees to enhance the onboarding experience. Lateral Hiring: Support in Lateral Hiring Ensure seamless onboarding for lateral hires. Key Qualifications & Skills: MBA in HR 6+ years of experience in campus recruitment, university relations, or early career talent management. Strong project management skills with experience in organizing large-scale hiring events. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Passion for talent development, branding, and employee engagement. Ability to analyze data and provide insights for program improvements. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR onboarding platforms.
