Executive Logistics

About the Role:

We are looking for a Executive - Logistics to join our logistics and operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of import-export customs documentation, clearance processes, and regulatory compliance. The position requires strong attention to detail, updated knowledge of customs regulations, and effective coordination with authorities and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective movement of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit accurate export/import documentation (invoices, packing lists, CoOs, BoLs).
• Manage complete customs clearance process to avoid delays and penalties.
• Ensure adherence to trade regulations and AS9120 requirements.
• Classify goods under appropriate HS codes and calculate applicable duties/taxes.
• Liaise with customs, freight forwarders, and clearing agents.
• Coordinate shipment schedules with internal logistics and vendors.
• Maintain accurate records for audits and customs review.
• Address discrepancies or issues in clearance processes.
• Monitor and control customs-related costs.
• Suggest process improvements to streamline clearance and reduce delays.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, or related.
• CHA/IATA or any relevant trade/logistics certification (preferred).
• Strong understanding of customs procedures and documentation.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and clearance software/tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
