Job Description

Calibration, maintenance and testing of field equipments,transmitters, actuators, switches

andconverters.

Experience in installation commissioning and Testing of new equipments and ensuring

theiroperability at desired capacity.

Undergone field instrumentation commissioning
Planning preventive maintenance schedules of various instruments and control system to increase machine up time and equipment reliability.
SAP Activities- Preparation of PR, Service Entries, Preparation of monthly maintenance order, Contractor project and manpower billing, Work Notifications review & preparation of Work order.
Maintained DCS systems like Yokogawa Centum Vp, Honeywell Experion.
knowledge of troubleshooting OCEMS systems
Technical bid evaluation with respect to specifications for field instrumentation.
Efficient in coordination with cross functional departments for Preventive maintenance activities.
Ensured plant Instrumentation ISO calibration system, weights and measurement routine and documentation is maintained as per procedures documented in the Group Management System.
Identifying areas of breakdowns and Root cause analysis.
