Key Responsibilities:
Develop and review detailed I&C design drawings using AVEVA E3D:
Instrument Location Layouts
Cable Routing Layouts
Control Room Equipment Layouts
Junction Box and Marshalling Panel Locations
Hook-up Details.
Prepare instrument wiring drawings, loop diagrams, interconnection details.
Generate and update Instrument Index, I/O List, and Cable Schedules in coordination with SPI/INTOOLS.
Model instrumentation items, cable trays, JB panels, and supports in 3D environment.
Participate in 3D model reviews (30%, 60%, 90%) and resolve clashes.
Interpret P&IDs and apply updates in the E3D environment.
Incorporate vendor data into E3D model and update design accordingly.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, IEC/ISA standards, and client requirements.
Prepare MTOs and support procurement and construction teams.
Mentor junior designers and provide technical guidance.
Support lead I&C engineer with progress tracking, reporting, and design issue resolution.
Diploma/ITI in Instrumentation / Electrical Engineering (or equivalent technical education).
Minimum15years of experience in I&C design in Oil & Gas EPC projects.
Minimum 5+years hands-on experience in AVEVA E3D instrumentation modeling.
