Job Description

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
Were looking for a driven and detail-oriented Executive Fabric Sourcing to join our product and sourcing team. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is passionate about textiles, curious about the backend of garment creation, and eager to learn the ropes of fabric and trims sourcing in a fast-paced D2C environment.Youll work closely with senior team members and vendors to ensure timely sourcing and delivery of materials that meet our quality and aesthetic standards.WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FORAssisting in fabric and trims sourcing as per the design and production requirementsCoordinating with vendors for fabric availability, samples, quotes, and timelinesSupporting the vendor onboarding process documentation, sampling, quality checksMaintaining internal fabric/trims libraries and records of sourcing dataHelping with basic fabric testing coordination (shrinkage, GSM, color fastness)Assisting in inventory tracking of raw materialsVisiting local markets and mills to explore new vendors and sourcing optionsCollaborating with the design and production teams to ensure material availabilityWHO ARE YOU02 years of experience in fabric sourcing or textile developmentPreferably a Textile Engineer or someone with an educational background in textiles/fashion technologyA quick learner with basic knowledge of fabrics, trims, and sourcing processesDetail-oriented and organized with good communication skillsComfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentBonus: Internship experience with fashion brands or sourcing agenciesWHY BE A PART OF / SAADAADo you love being hands-on and figuring out how things are madeDo you find joy in solving small problems that have a big impactDo you enjoy collaborating across functions and seeing your work come to life in real productsDo you want to be part of a brand that values simplicity, function, and beautyWHAT WE OFFERA team of empathetic problem solversThe right compensation for your skillsClear learning and growth opportunitiesA culture of simplicity, ownership, and continuous learningReal exposure to the production and sourcing lifecycle in a D2C brand
