Roles and Responsibilities Coordinate travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation. Oversee canteen management services to ensure smooth operations and maintain high standards of hygiene. Supervise housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and organization of company premises. Ensure effective guest house management by coordinating check-ins/check-outs, handling complaints, and resolving issues promptly. Monitor security measures to maintain a secure environment for employees and assets. Desired Candidate Profile 3-5 years of experience in administration or related field (facility management). Strong knowledge of admin activities such as correspondence, scheduling, record-keeping. Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
