Job Description

Role & responsibilities

A. Client Coordination & Student Support

  • Schedule sessions for 5-10 students, manage calendar invites, and confi rm logistics
  • Share onboarding materials, forms, test links, feedback forms, and follow-ups
  • Handle communication with parents and students over WhatsApp and email
  • Maintain trackers with session dates, progress notes, and pending tasks
  • Organise and manage student folders on Google Drive
  • Coordinate brand activities for the founderorganising shoots, managing content handovers, ensuring deadlines are met
  • Maintain bios, credentials, brand fi les, and manage day-to-day publishing workfl ows
  • Liaise with an external branding agency to ensure smooth delivery
  • Support content posting, captions, and light design (if skilled)
  • Step in across projects like research, internal operations, school events, or small-scale team coordination

Preferred candidate profile

Based in Ahmedabad and available to work on-site

  • Strong communication, coordination, and time management skills
  • Digitally confi dentcomfortable with Google Suite, Zoom, spreadsheets, Canva, etc.
