Role & responsibilities Responsible to entire Employee lifecycle of the employee start from Recruitment Plan and be accountable for recruitment at the Area using an effective source. Organize and coordinating the interview Collect the offer documents and extend the offer to selected candidate Responsible to complete the on-boarding process for new employees. Scheduling Orientation in HO and plant, as well as gathering feedback on the same. Tracking Key Critical vacant roles and timely availability of talent Conducting the induction, team engagement activities, including meetings, learning sessions, weekend events etc. Run all possible engines to go out there in the market and find high quality talent Preferred candidate profile Min 5-7 years of experience in a similar role Excellent work ethics and ownership attitude High level of self-motivation Multitasking capabilities Knowledge of HR practices
