Executive Chef

We are searching for a talented and experienced Executive Chef to join our dynamic team at Ghani Biriyani Restaurant, a thriving multi-cuisine restaurant located in Thanjavur.

About the Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of our culinary operations, including:

• Overseeing menu development and ensuring seasonality and creativity across various cuisines.
• Maintaining the highest standards for food quality, presentation, and taste.
• Managing and motivating a team of chefs and kitchen staff.
• Implementing and enforcing food safety and sanitation protocols.
• Controlling food costs and minimizing waste.
• Staying current on culinary trends and techniques.

Qualifications:

• 6-10 years of experience as an Executive Chef or Sous Chef in a multi-cuisine restaurant.
• Strong understanding of various cuisines and cooking techniques.
• Proven ability to develop and execute creative menus.
• Experience in menu costing, inventory control, and food safety.
• Passion for creating exceptional dining experiences for guests.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹24,000.00 per month
