1. Visits / Conversions Sales Target Monitoring
2. Expense Management of sales team.
3. Plan, initiate, and track market activities like plumber meets, trade shows, van promotions, also arrange samples etc.
4. Coordinate on GM’s behalf with Accounts, Warehouse, Dispatch, Admin, promotion agency or any other department for follow-ups or documentation.
5. Keep track of key dealer behaviors – payment delays, credit discipline, stock levels, etc.
6. Maintaining the data in excel and fms systems.
