Location: Coimbatore (Full-time, In-person)

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000/month (based on experience)

The Role

You’ll work directly with the founder to keep momentum high across everything — schedules, follow-ups, team ops, external partners, and more.

This is a high-trust role. You’ll be the person who makes sure things don’t slip and people stay aligned.

What You’ll Do

• Manage the founder’s calendar, meetings, and travel
• Follow up with agencies, partners, and vendors
• Track key tasks and deliverables across projects
• Coordinate hiring outreach and candidate flow
• Keep documents, tools, and ops organized
• Help build a fast, focused operating rhythm

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in executive assistant / operations roles
• Clear communicator — English
• Highly organized and self-managed
• Comfortable with tools like Gmail, Google Calendar, Notion, WhatsApp
• Based in or open to relocating to
