Executive Assistant To Director

Role & responsibilities Provide daily administrative and strategic support to the Director Conduct research related to procurement of raw materials, including pricing, availability, alternatives, and supplier data Analyze trends related to products and raw materials in domestic and international markets Track market developments and competitor movements, and report insights to the Director Prepare data-driven reports and presentations using PowerPoint and Excel Use modern AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion AI, Perplexity, etc.) to enhance research and productivity Create and manage Word documents, spreadsheets, and visual content efficiently Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for procurement-related updates and data Draft professional emails, prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items Assist the Director in planning, scheduling, and managing meetings, tasks, and special projects Stay updated on industry developments, new technologies, and innovations related to procurement and materials Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Support in other executive-level functions as needed Preferred candidate profile Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Commerce, Economics, or related fields 1-2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Research Analyst, or in a procurement support role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency is a must) Strong research, data analysis, and documentation skills Expertise in MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Google Workspace Familiarity with new AI-based tools for research and content creation Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and handle pressure A proactive mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
