As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dedicated Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to our Managing Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Calendar & Schedule Management: Efficiently manage the MD’s calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, and ensure effective time management.
• Follow-Up & Coordination: Rigorously follow up on tasks delegated by the MD to internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
• Communication: Draft professional emails, letters, and documents with accuracy and clarity.
• Documentation: Maintain organised records, reports, and presentations as required.
• Research: Conduct detailed research as directed and present findings concisely.
• Personal Assistance: Manage personal tasks for the MD, including but not limited to bookings, appointments, and household coordination.
• Team Coordination: Liaise with team members and vendors to facilitate smooth operational workflows on behalf of the MD.
• Administrative Support: Undertake additional tasks as required to support the MD in daily operations and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Graduate, preferably with a secretarial or office administration qualification.
• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Secretary, or Office Coordinator supporting senior management.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel (including basic formulas, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and Word.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Shorthand: Knowledge preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation

Salary Range: 15,000 – 25,000 per month

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus
