Job Description:

We are hiring a highly organized and efficient Executive Assistant to support senior-level management in a reputed Logistics & Transportation company based in Market Yard, Pune. The ideal candidate should be proactive, discreet, and able to manage multiple responsibilities with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle appointments
• Organize and coordinate logistics for meetings and business travel
• Prepare reports, presentations, and communication on behalf of the executive
• Maintain and organize confidential files and documents
• Liaise with internal departments and external partners
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence
• Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office

Candidate Requirements:

• Prior experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong time-management and multitasking abilities
• High level of discretion and integrity when dealing with confidential information
